Founder
Brittany Bearden began her writing career as a freelancer for a book publicist, focusing first on press releases and then taking on ever-larger writing challenges. She has been editing and ghostwriting books since 2011. She co-founded the businesses Clarens Publishing, a professional writing, editing, publishing, and promotion service for authors, and At Large Public Relations, a publicity and marketing agency.

Jeff Bearden is the co-founder of Clarens Publishing, where he works with aspiring authors and ghostwriters, managing their projects from the outline to the final draft, to help make their publication dreams into reality. A former professional wrestler, Jeff authored his autobiography, The Man Behind the Makeup: The Professional Wrestling Life and Times of Jeff Bearden, Who Wrestled as Giant Warrior, Big Tiger Steele, Colossus the Gladiator, and Butch Masters.

Lindsey Chastain holds a BA in English from the University of Oklahoma and an MA in creative writing from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has extensive experience in academia, having spent over a decade teaching writing. Chastain also served as the managing editor of a community newspaper, earning numerous awards for her writing, including the prestigious Sequoyah Award. As a ghostwriter for Clarens Publishing, she has written memoirs, business, nonfiction, and fiction books.

Christina Harlin has written and published over a dozen supernatural fiction and comic romance novels under her own name. Several years ago, eager to make writing a full-time occupation, she ended her 21-year legal career and began ghostwriting. Now, it is her pleasure to help others turn their books into reality. Christina says, “I’ve had the privilege of assisting some amazing, clever people put together biographies, self-help books, business guides, dream journals, wedding planners, memoirs, and blogs and newsletter content. Every project has been a revelation. I’m passionate about my clients and their work.
